Volunteering:
Food Cupboard Volunteers are still needed! There is much work that needs to be done to provide this service to Hatfield's residents. Volunteering just an hour or two each month would help greatly. Volunteers can choose to do any of the following: Help clients shop, weigh items, bring groceries to clients’ cars, or just stock the shelves.
A message from Food Cupboard Director, Janet Hague:
The long lines at the food cupboard are continuing. Your ongoing, compassionate, consistent response is a wonderful blessing! Here are the most recent pantry shortages:
Food: boxed pasta, flour, sugar, coffee, canned fruit, 100% fruit juice, chunky soup (all flavors)
Household & Personal Care*: shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, deodorant, 13-gallon trash bags, toothpaste and toothbrushes, & laundry detergent,
Gift Cards: Grocery gift cards are always welcome.
*If clients are able to get some monetary help from a government assistance program (SNAP), these items can NOT be purchased with those funds.

If you are a Hatfield resident, or know a Hatfield resident, that would benefit from receiving supplemental food pantry items, messages for Janet Hague can be left at 215-855-2540, or foodcupboard@yahoo.com.
